Sub-processors
Last updated: September 18, 2026
These are the service providers that process personal data on DocuShield's behalf. Section 6 of our Privacy Policy explains how we share personal data. This page is the current list.
Current list
| Provider | What it does for us | Where it processes |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database and file storage for the platform | United States (AWS us-west-2, Oregon) |
| Hostinger | Hosts our application servers, and our self-hosted website analytics | United States (Boston) |
| Magic (magic.link) | Email sign-in and wallet key management | Being confirmed |
| Resend | Sends transactional email (invitations, notifications, security alerts) | United States |
| Anthropic (Claude API) | AI-assisted form filling: reads a document a user uploads and suggests values for the form | Being confirmed |
| Microsoft 365 | Our business email, including messages sent to info@docushield.live | Being confirmed |
| Ankr | Connects your browser to the designated blockchain when you use the platform | Globally distributed |
| Stripe | Payments, only if a paid plan is enabled. Not active during the free pilot | United States |
"Being confirmed" means we have not yet verified the provider's processing region for our account. We will replace it with the verified region.
Not on this list, and why
- Website analytics. We run it ourselves, on our own server hosted by Hostinger. No analytics company receives your data.
- The blockchain. The designated public blockchain is not our service provider. It is a public network run by independent participants. See Technical disclosures.
- Uptime monitoring. Our monitoring service only checks that the platform responds. It receives no personal data.
Changes to this list
We will update this page at least 30 days before a new provider starts processing personal data. The only exception is a change needed urgently for security or to keep the service running, which we will post as soon as it is made. To be told about changes, email info@docushield.live with the subject "Sub-processor updates".
