How verification works
Three independent checks are performed every time a document is verified, by DocuShield, by your counterparty, or by any TradeTrust platform.
Document integrity
The SHA3 Merkle hash of the document is recomputed and compared against the on-chain record. Any alteration, even a single space, will fail.
Issuer identity
The issuer's DNS-TXT record at api.docushield.live is checked to confirm they control the domain they claim. No central authority, just DNS.
Document store status
The document hash is looked up in the issuer's Document Store smart contract on XDC Network, confirming it was issued and has not been revoked.

Phytosanitary Certificate
Proof that plant-based products meet destination country import requirements. Blockchain-anchored certificates satisfy border inspection systems.
Health Certificate
Required for food, beverage, and animal product exports. Tamper-proof issuance prevents certificate fraud, a growing problem in global food trade.
Inspection Certificate
Third-party inspection results for quality, quantity, and condition. Issued once, verifiable forever, no re-inspection disputes.
Sea Waybill
Non-negotiable sea transport document. Faster cargo release than a BL, no need to present an original. Ideal for shipments between trusted counterparties.
Air Waybill
Air cargo transport contract and receipt. Digital AWBs support paperless air freight in line with the industry move to electronic air waybills (IATA e-AWB), cutting manual handling at the airport freight terminal.
Multimodal Transport Document
Covers sea, road, rail, and air legs in a single document. One verifiable record for the entire door-to-door journey.
Bill of Exchange
A written order to pay a fixed sum. Digitised and anchored on-chain for faster discounting and trade finance processing.
Letter of Credit (supporting docs)
Supporting documents for LC presentation, verified and structured to align with UCP 600 and eUCP v2.0 requirements.
